Refunds & returns policy
Clear refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Tampaout accepts eligible returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. This policy applies to products purchased directly from tampaout.shop.
Return eligibility
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, order number, or the checkout email address is required.
- Products purchased from another seller must be returned through that seller.
How to start a return
Email support@tampaout.shop with your order number, delivery address, product name, photos when relevant, and the reason for the return.
Tampaout will reply with return instructions if the item is eligible. Items sent back without return instructions may be delayed or refused.
Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds are normally submitted within 5-10 business days after inspection. The card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Return shipping and fees
Original shipping fees and return shipping are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for packing return items securely and using a trackable shipping method.
Non-returnable items
- Opened footwear, hats, visors, and other hygiene-contact products unless defective.
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.
- Products missing original packaging, tags, parts, accessories, or manuals.
- Final sale, clearance, custom, or bulk wholesale orders when marked as non-returnable before purchase.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact support within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and order number.
If Tampaout confirms the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
