Products and pricing

All prices are shown in USD and are visible before checkout. Product availability, pricing, promotions, and descriptions may be updated without notice.

We try to present accurate product information, but colors, measurements, and packaging may vary slightly from photos or descriptions.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Tampaout may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unlawful, incorrectly priced, unavailable, or outside our shipping capabilities.

Card payments are handled by the approved payment processor. Tampaout does not store full card numbers.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Water safety and fishing compliance

Customers must use products lawfully and follow all boating, water safety, fishing, import, and local consumer rules that apply to them.

No product on this site is marketed as a lifesaving device, rescue device, certified flotation device, fishing license, bait, firearm, weapon, or regulated medical product.

Aqua Trainer Vest is not a life jacket, not a lifesaving device, and not USCG approved.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use this site for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, payment abuse, infringement, scraping, security testing without permission, or interference with the store.

Intellectual property

Tampaout names, product copy, images, page designs, and site content are owned by or licensed to Tampaout and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tampaout is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use, shipping delays, misuse of products, or outdoor activity risks.
