Shipping policy

Shipping, delivery, and fulfillment.

Tampaout displays shipping costs before payment. Orders are processed by TAMPA OUTDOORS LLC and fulfilled through U.S.-based fulfillment partners.

Processing time

Standard handling time is 2-4 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may begin processing on the next business day.

Rates and delivery estimates

  • Orders of $80 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders below $80 show an $8 standard shipping charge before payment.
  • Estimated delivery time after shipment is normally 3-8 business days within the United States.
  • International delivery, when available, may take longer and depends on carrier and customs processing.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking is available, the tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Customers should contact support@tampaout.shop as soon as possible for address corrections. Once an order is packed or handed to a carrier, address changes may not be possible.

Customs, duties, and restricted destinations

Customers are responsible for correct delivery information and any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local delivery charges outside the United States.

Tampaout may decline or cancel orders to destinations where outdoor goods, waterproof accessories, or related items cannot be lawfully shipped.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact support@tampaout.shop with the order number and carrier details.

For damaged shipments, include photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery so Tampaout can review a replacement or refund.
